space for our family. I especially appreciated the proximity to the JR train station, making travel easy. The breakfast, while simple, featured delicious local products like tomato juice. However, a brief check-out communication issue left a bit of a sour note.

A super comfy room a few minutes walk from the station.

During my stay, I found the breakfast options quite repetitive, which made my three nights there a bit monotonous. Additionally, the hotel shuttle service had long intervals, forcing me to walk to the station most days. I also felt frustrated when I had to wait in the lobby to check in at exactly 3 PM, despite seeing available rooms beforehand. These issues left me with a sense of disappointment during my trip.

what an utter disappointment. the breakfast is the same bland spread every day, and the shuttle service is practically non-existent. i assumed i would get some sort of special treatment for staying, yet no upgrade was offered. honestly, i almost gave a good review, but i just couldn’t. avoid this so-called luxury hotel save your money!

friendly staff

Family with children friendly

The staff were nice, remembered us each day and had warm smiles. The room was large enough for our family, and we enjoyed the little touches like afternoon cookies that kept our kids happy.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but still acceptable for what we got.

Positive, Had a great time! We received fruits and amenities for New Year. Enjoyed free drinks and popcorn in the afternoon. The location was perfect-close to the train station with a free shuttle to the ski resort.
